Fav Foodies: Goatcheese tartelettes

Living a hectic life means take outs and prepackaged salads. However I discovered that some cooking can completely relax you after a busy workday. This recipe for goat cheese tartelettes, is easy, quick, healthy and extremely tasty. All you need is puff pastry, cherry tomatoes, crumbled goat cheese, rucola salad, and balsamic vinegar.

Make little squares of the puff pastries and put them in a preheated oven till they are golden brown and crispy. Slice the cherry tomatoes and spread these over the pastries, crumble the goat cheese evenly over the pastries. Place it in the oven again for 5 minutes. To serve add some rucola salad and sprinkle some balsamic vinegar over the tartelettes, enjoy!

My Little Paris

I lived and worked in Paris for almost 7 months but Paris holds so many secrets like sweet little hidden away shops, restaurants and hotels that there is always something new to discover. When I returned to Paris a few months ago I discovered the best 'secret' so far; Boutique hotel Arioso on Boulevard Haussmann.
This little boutique hotel has everything that a Parisian hotel should have, the perfect Parisian Style, top notch Paris style breakfast and last but not least perfect rooms (though they are not that spacious everything you need is there), beautiful bathrooms, and courteous staff. All Paris highlights (and by highlights I mean my favorite stores) were just a walk away.
